When do Evenings get Archived?

Archiving of evenings is built into the system and automatic (you cannot manually archive an evening) and happens once the last date of that Evening has passed.

Note that the Current Evenings box on your Home page will always show the three most recent evenings so that, for example, if you have two live evenings and one archived, you will see all three of them there.

To view your archived evenings, select Parents' Evenings from the bar on the left and they will display below Current Evenings with an option to View All.
